1 lb. elbow macaroni (cooked)
2 c. (1/2 moon) County Line mild cheese (grated or shredded)
1 lb Kraft sharp cheddar cheese
1 lb Velveeta cheese
3/4 c. parmesan cheese
1 stick real butter

White Sauce:
1 Tbs. corn starch
1 c. milk
2 Tbs. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease large casserole dish. Cook macaroni & drain & leave in pan. While macaroni is cooking, put cornstarch & milk in a saucepan on medium heat. Stir until smooth. Add butter, salt & pepper; bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. Pour white sauce over macaroni in pan it was boiled in. Stir until well coated.

Begin layering (3 layers) in the following order:
1. Macaroni with white sauce
2. Cheeses
3. Parmesan Cheese
4. Dots of Butter

Cover & bake for 50-60 minutes.

This was a dish my Aunt Eleanor (Dad's sister) made and was a favorite of young and old alike. She was required to bring it to all family gatherings. Simply the best!
