30 Oreo cookies (crumbled)
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. milk
1-1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
12 oz. cool whip

Directions:
Put crumbled Oreos in bottom of a 9 x 13 pan (reserve some for top). Whip cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk & peanut butter until creamy. Fold in cool whip. Put in pan over Oreos. Sprinkle nuts & remaining Oreo crumbs on top. Freeze.
