Sauce:
1 c. miracle whip
1 Tbs. mustard
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. curry powder (or garlic powder)

1 head cauliflower
Directions:
Directions:
Put cauliflower on plate, wrap with saran wrap & microwave for 10 minutes or until tender. Combine sauce ingredients. Unwrap head of cauliflower & spread sauce over it. Cover with shredded cheese & put back in microwave. Cook 1 minute to melt cheese. Enjoy!
