1 lb. sausage
2 pkg. Country Gravy Mix
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
6 eggs
1/2 c. milk
salt & pepper to taste
1 can (8 oz) biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Take a 9 x 13 pan & spray it with Pam or whatever you like to use. Then take biscuits cut into 1" pieces & line bottom of pan. Brown sausage & scatter over biscuits. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Whisk eggs & milk with a pinch of salt & pepper & pour it over the pan. Make gravy mix per package directions & pour over. Bake in oven for 30-45 minutes.
