1/2 c. butter
2 c. milk chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. colored miniature marshmallows
2 c. flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter & chocolate chips in a heavy sauce pan over medium heat; mix until smooth & creamy; remove from heat & stir in vanilla. Fold in the marshmallows & walnuts.

Scatter about half of the coconut onto a large baking sheet. Form the chocolate mixture into oblong logs & lay them onto the coconut. Use the remaining coconut to coat the logs. Refrigerate until logs are firm, about 1 hour. Cut logs into 3/4 inch slices.
