Fresh Spinach (1 package)
Sesame Oil and Sesame Seed
Diced green onion
Garlic - diced finely
Salt to taste
Eggs
Pickled radish (yellow - sliced)
Kamaboko sliced into 1/2"(cured seafood product similar to artificial crab meat)
Cooked sticky rice
Seaweed

Blanche spinach and drain well.
Add sesame oil, sesame seed, diced green onion, garlic and salt. Mix well.
Beat an egg with a small amount of water. Scramble and then slice into 1/2" thin strips.
Put a small amount of rice on the seaweed. Place the other ingredients on the rice and then roll up.
