Cake ingredients:
4 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
1 - 16 oz. can pumpkin
1-2/3 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda

Frosting ingredients:
1 - 8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. powdered sugar

Preheat oven ro 350°. Cream together first four ingredients in large mixing bowl & set aside. Sift together remaining dry ingredients & add to pumpkin mixture & mix well. Bake in 15 x 10 x 1" pan for 30 minutes. Allow to cool before frosting.

Frosting: cream together softened cream cheese, margarine & vanilla. Add powdered sugar and beat until fluffy. Frost cooled cake.
