Cake ingredients:
2-2/3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. water
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1-1/2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. buttermilk** (see note)

Frosting ingredients:
1 stick margarine (softened)
1 - 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease & flour a 15 x 10 x 1" pan. Mix flour & sugar in a large mixing bowl & set aside. Bring margarine, oil & water to a boil. Pour over flour & sugar mixture and beat well. Add eggs & beat; add vanilla, cinnamon, baking soda & buttermilk and continue beating. Pour into pan and bake 30 minutes. Check with toothpick for doneness. Cool slightly.

Frosting: cream together softened cream cheese, margarine & vanilla. Add powdered sugar & beat until fluffy. Frost warm cake.

**No need to buy buttermilk - put 2 tsp. lemon juice in 2/3 measuring cup & fill the rest of the way with milk.
