1 stick butter or margarine
1 C. Sour cream
1 egg
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
1 can creamed corn

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Melt butter in a 3 qt. baking dish & stir in sour cream, egg & Jiffy mix. Add drained whole kernel corn & creamed corn & mix well. Bake for 45 - 40 minutes or until golden brown. This recipe can easily be doubled for a larger crowd.
