3 eggs well beaten
1 c. cooking oil
2 c. gran. sugar
2 c. grated zucchini
3 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. nut meats

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 325º. Grease & flour two loaf pans. Beat eggs. Add oil, sugar, zucchini & vanilla. Cream together well. Sift & measure 3 cups flour. Then sift together flour, soda, baking powder, salt & cinnamon. Add sifted mixture to creamed mixture & blend well. Add nuts. Bake.

I found this recipe from Grandma (Helen) and in her handwriting. It does not say how long to bake - but I would guess 40-60 minutes until done.
