1/2 lb. margarine
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast
5 tbsp. milk
2 eggs
2 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg yolk

Directions:
Directions:
Blend margarine, flour and salt together as for pie dough. Dissolve yeast in lukewarm milk. Add yeast mixture to flour mixture. Beat in 2 eggs. Divide dough in 2, 1 piece slightly larger. Roll out larger piece. Dough will be soft. Place dough into pan with edges 1/2 inch up sides of greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan.
Mix filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and egg yolk together. Pour into bottom crust. Roll out smaller piece of cough and place on top of filling, make sure it fits to edges. Crimp the edges of the two pieces of dough together. Let rise 3 hrs. covered with wax paper. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool. Keep in refrigerator.
