1 cup sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup (Karo)
1 cup raw peanuts
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and corn syrup together and microwave 3 1/2 minutes
Add raw peanuts and microwave 3 1/2 minutes. Add butter and vanilla microwave another 1 1/2 minutes. Add baking soda. Stir and pour into a greased cookie sheet to cool.
Once the baking soda is stirred in the peanut brittle begins to harden. Work rapidly.
Place in refrigerator or in a very cold area to get the pan cold. The Peanut Brittle will pull away from the pan. Break into pieces.
