1 8 or 9 inch graham cracker pie crust
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup whipping cream or 1 cup dream whip (prior to whipping)
1 can pie filling ( blueberry or cherry)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form and add vanilla and powdered sugar, beat together and then add to beaten cream cheese folding together gently. Pour into graham cracker pie crust. Refrigerate until set, overnight.
Top with your favorite can of pie filling.
I prefer to add topping as I serve the cheesecake.
