Mix:
1 yellow cake mix
1 stick butter/oleo
2 eggs

Topping:
1 lb. powdered sugar
2 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese

Directions:
Mix the cake mix, butter, & eggs & spread in greased 9 x 13 pan. Mix powdered sugar, eggs & cream cheese & add to top of cake. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar while hot.
