2 Tbs. soap flakes (or detergent)
1/2 c. lukewarm water
1/3 c. instant cold water starch

Directions:
Combine soap flakes & lukewarm water in large bowl. Beat mixture until suds are stiff & dry. Slowly add 1/3 cup instant cold water starch, beating constantly. Apply with fingers or brush to windows.
