1 egg
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbs. lard
1 tsp. soda
Sour milk

Directions:
Sift dry ingredients. Work in lard & sour milk to make soft dough. Roll about 1/4 inch thick & cut in 1 inch squares. Drop into boiling meat broth.
