1/4 C. cocoa
3 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. shortening
2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
2 C. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine cocoa, water, shortening, & corn syrup in a medium saucepan.
2.Stir over low heat until shortening melts & mixture is smooth. Stir constantly.
3. Remove from heat & beat in sugar & vanilla.
4. pour over top of cake, allow some to run down sides of the cake.
