12 oz. cream cheese
2/3 c. grated carrots
1/3 c. chopped peanuts
1/4 c. chopped water chestnuts
1/4 c. green onion
2 Tbs. soy sauce
1 Tbs. chopped cilantro
1 clove garlic minced
1 bottle of sweet & sour sauce
Directions:
Directions:
1. Spread cream cheese on plate.
2. In small bowl combine carrots, peanuts, water chestnuts, green onion, soy sauce, cilantro & garlic.
3. Spread mixture on top of cream cheese & then pour a good amount of sweet & sour sauce over the top.
4. Serve with wontons.
