3 to 3-1/2 lb. chicken
1/2 c. flour
1 med. onion sliced
1/4 c. green pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. catsup
1 c. water
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
2 Tbs. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Early in day, dip chicken in flour & salt mixture. Fry in hot fat until golden brown. Place in 3 qt. casserole dish. If necessary remove all but 2 Tbs. of fat. Add onion & saute until brown. Add celery & remaining items. Pour over chicken & chill.

When ready to serve, heat oven to 350º. Bake covered for about 2 hours or until tender.
