1 c. sugar
2/3 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1-1/2 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. cinnamon
nuts
powdered sugar

Filling:
1 c. powdered sugar
2 to 3 oz. cream cheese
4 Tbs. oleo
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat 3 eggs on high for 5 minutes. Gradually beat in sugar. Stir in pumpkin and lemon juice. Sift flour, baking powder, salt and spices. Fold into pumpkin mixture. Spread onto greased 15 x 10 pan and top with nuts. Bake for 15 minutes. Turn out on a towel sprinkled with powdered sugar. Start at narrow end and roll cake and towel together. Cool and unroll for filling.

Beat filling ingredients together until smooth. Spread over cake and roll again. Chill and slice.
