2 c. Real butter
2 c. Sugar
6 Tbs. Water
2 Tbs. Corn syrup
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 Hershey candy bar (8 oz)
Chopped nuts

Directions:
Melt butter in heavy saucepan over LOW HEAT. Gradually add sugar & stir constantly. Blend in the water & syrup.

Set candy thermometer in place. Cook over medium heat (stir a few times) to 300º. (As it gets to the end, stir it more). Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Quickly pour in a buttered jelly roll pan plus 1 pie pan. Cool slightly.

Break candy bar in pieces & spread over candy. Then spread it around as it melts. Sprinkle on nuts,.
