1 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed

1 medium cabbage - shredded
Mix with 1 t. salt
Let this stand for 1 hour.

Directions:
Directions:
Bring vinegar, water, sugar, mustard seed & celery seed to a boil for 1 minute. Set aside to cool. Squeeze out excess moisture from cabbage. Add 1 green pepper and 1 carrot (optional). Add dressing to cabbage. Mix. Freeze in containers.
