yellow cake mix
5.1 oz. vanilla instant pudding
3/4 c. peach schnapps
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. orange juice
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. pure orange extract
Glaze:
1 c. powdered sugar, sifted
4 T. orange juice
2 T. peach schnapps

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray and flour Bundt pan.
Place all cake ingredients in large mixing bowl. Blend with mixer on low for one minute. Scrape sides of the bowl. Beat on medium speed for two minutes. Batter should look smooth and thick. Pour into prepared pan. Smooth out with spatula. Bake 45-50 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for 20 minutes. Run knife around edges and invert onto a platter.
Combine glaze ingredients. Stir until well combined.
Poke holes into the top of the cake with a toothpick. Spoon glaze over the cake.
Allow cake to cool completely before serving.
