12-16 slices of white bread
8 slices American cheese
1 lb. diced ham (or cooked sausage)
1 stick butter
7 eggs
3 c. milk
cornflakes

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375º. Butter 13x9 pan.
2. Place half of bread into bottom of pan. Put meat & then cheese on top of bread.
3. Place rest of bread in pan.
4. Whisk milk & eggs together. Pour over top of ingredients in your pan. Cover.
5. Chill at least two hours or overnight. Uncover.
6. Top casserole with cornflakes. Melt butter & drizzle over top of cornflakes.
7. Bake uncovered for at least one hour.
