2 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese
2 Tbs. miracle whip
1 Tbs. minced onion
1 can (6 1/2 - 8 oz) white crab meat
1 bottle cocktail sauce
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the cream cheese, miracle whip and onion. Spread out on a large platter about 1/8" to 1/4" thick. Drain crab meat very well and sprinkle it over platter mix. Gently press crab meat with fork into platter mix. Spread cocktail sauce over it and garnish with Parmesan cheese.
