1 Package spice cake mix
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup oil
1 package instant vanilla pudding
3 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Beat for 5 minutes. Pour in a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool 2 minutes and turn out of pan. Serve with whipped cream.
Can also use 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
