3 Tbsp butter
1 lb button mushrooms
2 Tbsp finely chopped shallots
Salt to taste
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp basalmic vinegar
1 tsp chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the mushrooms and shallots; season with salt and cook until the mushrooms release their juices and the liquid evaporates. Do not rush this, it takes a while.
Add the chicken broth, brown sugar, and balsamic vinegar. Bring to a boil and cook until the liquid is reduced to a glaze. Stir in the parsley.
