1 c. sugar
3 Tbs. quick cook tapioca
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. cut rhubarb
1 c. fresh sliced strawberries
Crust for pie

Directions:
Directions:
Mix to coat fruit and let stand 20 minutes.

Meanwhile make pie crust (for 2 crust pie) and preheat oven to 400º. Line pie plate with 1 crust. Fill with fruit mixture, dot with butter and cover with the top crust. Trim and crimp to seal crust. Cut slits in top crust.

Bake 40-45 minutes, covering edges if they brown too much.
