1 pkg (10 oz) mini pretzels
5 c. Cheerios
5 c. Corn Chex
2 c. salted cocktail peanuts
1 lb M & M's (red and green for Christmas)
2 pkg (12 oz each) vanilla chips
3 Tbs. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine first 5 ingredients; set aside. In a microwave safe dish, heat chips and oil on Medium-High for 2 minutes, stirring once. Microwave in 10 second intervals, stirring until smooth. Pour over cereal mixture and mix well to make sure everything is covered with white chocolate. Spread onto 3 waxed paper lined baking sheets. Once cool, break apart and store in air tight container. Yield: 5 quarts
