6 cups rolled oats
1 cup shredded, unsweetened coconut
1 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup coconut oil

Directions:
Preheat oven at 325º
Melt coconut oil and honey together in a saucepan over medium-low heat
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well, remove from heat
Put on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes (turning halfway through and checking frequently)
cool and serve
