Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I was making pancakes one night in college and I didn't know what to serve with them, so I called my mom and this is the recipe she gave me. They were such a huge hit and were so delicious! The granny smith apples gives a nice tart flavor, and they paired perfectly with the pancakes.
