Round Steak
3 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
Medium container sour cream
2 little cans mushrooms
1 big bag egg noodles
Garlic powder
Ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Cut round steak into thin strips and cook until medium done in a frying pan (I use my electric frying pan for this meal). Sprinkle garlic powder on top of meat while cooking to give a delicious flavor. Once meat is cooked, add cans of soup and water to pan. Swirl in several (3-5) squirts of ketchup. Right before serving add in 3 healthy sized dollops of sour cream and canned mushrooms.

Cook egg noodles in boiling water.

Serve sauce over noodles.

Another one of my favorites that I beg my mom to make for me when she comes to visit. My mom always made peas as a side dish with this meal. I never loved peas until I did my student teaching and the family I was living with cooked their peas in a ton of butter. So I usually make green beans with this meal as a side dish. Sean loves this dish too!
