1 to 1/2 pounds pork stew meat or ground pork
2 cups chopped green chili - whatever heat you prefer. I like to combine hot and mild.
1 to 2 cans green chilis and tomatoes
4 cups chicken stock - I prefer organic
2 T cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Cook to boiling and then reduce heat to a simmer for several hours. Add additional liquid if necessary. Remove a cup of hot liquid and add 1/4 cup flour and stir until well blended. Add mixture back to chili slowly stirring to avoid lumps. Delicious over any mexican dish or plain with tortillas.
