Ingredients: Flour Crust:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
1/2 chopped pecans (optional)
*Oreo Crust:
2/3 package of Oreo's
1 stick of butter
*middle layer:
1 8oz box cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cool whip
*pudding layer:
1 small box vanilla pudding
1 small box chocolate pudding
3 cups of milk
*top:
1 tub cool whip

Directions:Choose ether a Flour Crust or Oreo:
Flour Crust
Cut butter into flour
mix in pecans
cover bottom of pan with crust mixture
bake in oven for 350 for about 15 - 20 mins.
Oreo Crust
Crush (in ziploc) about 2 rolls of Oreo cookies.
Melt stick of butter
Mix the crushed cookies with butter in a bowl
Mash cookie mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 pan
Cook at 350 for about 15 to 20 mins
Middle Layer
soften cream cheese
mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and cool whip until well mixed
spread over cooled crust
pudding layer
mix vanilla pudding, chocolate pudding and milk.
spread over middle layer
top
top with cool whip until completely covered
chop 4 or 5 oreo's in half or coarsely crumble
put oreos on pie just before serving other wise they get soggy.

Chill in refrigerator for 1 hr before serving. |
