Ingredients:  
pound of ground beef, chicken, or pork (even cutting up chicken into bite size peaces works)
1/2 onion chopped
4 tbsp. oil for frying
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp cumin
1/4 c. catsup
1 can of diced tomatoes. ( I use the ones with flavors added or the fire roasted with garlic)
2 c. macaroni
4 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
In large pan, add oil and heat up on medium high heat.
Add onions and cook until soft.
Add meat and cook until just done.
Add seasonings and catsup.
Stir and cook until catsup turns a little dark, about 3 to 4 minutes on medium high.
Add water, and diced tomatoes stir and bring to a full boil.
Pour in macaroni and cook 20 minutes or until macaroni is done.
Remove from heat and let cool 5 minutes. Stir once more and serve.
