1 c. margarine
1-1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2-3/4 c. flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together margarine and sugar. Add eggs, then dry ingredients. Roll into balls the size of walnuts. Roll balls in mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes. Allow cookies to set on baking sheet for a few minutes to finish cooking before removing.
