1 cup sugar
2 or 3 eggs
2 TBSP flour
1/4 tsp. salt
4 TBSP melted butter
1 cup sweet milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until light, add sugar and mix well. Blend in flour, salt and butter. Add coconut and milk, mixing well. Pour into baked pie shell and bake at 375º for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
