1 pound lean ground beef2 12-16 oz bags of medium-width egg noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 10.5 can beef consommé
1 12oz container sour cream
1 medium onion chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Fill a large pot halfway with water, cover, leave it to boil over high heat. Meanwhile , crumble the beef into a large saucepan.add chopped onion & garlic powder. Sauté on medium-high until the beef is browned and the onion is soft. Drain beef.
Add consommé, salt & pepper to the beef & onion mixture. Simmer on low for 10 minutes.
When water is boiling, add the noodles and cook until they are soft but not soggy. Drain.
Add beef mixture , cream of mushroom soup & sour cream. Mix everything till combined. Let it sit, covered for about 5 mins before serving.
