4 (14.5 oz) veggie broth
16 oz. package frozen veggie blend
1 cup V8 juice regular or hot and spicy
12 ounces tomato paste
1 lb mini pasta such as farfalle cooked in salted water

combine all ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes until veggies are warmed.

add beef stock and /or beef cubes pre- cooked
