3 cups cauliflower, broken or cut into bite size pieces
15 oz can Garbanzo beans
2 cups sliced cucumber
1 cup sliced carrots
Marinade:
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup cider vinegar
2 Tbs diced bell pepper
1 Tbs parsley
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
So easy! Simply slice or cut up vegetables as described in ingredient list.
Mix all marinade ingredients together and pour over raw vegetables. Marinade in refrigerator for about 8 hours.
