Cream together:
1 c. shortening
2 c. sugar

Add:
4 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring

Add dry ingredients:
4 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Roll out and cut into shapes. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake @ 375º for 12 minutes.

Makes approx 3 dozen.
