- 1 can of tomato paste
- 1 lb ground meat (chicken or beef)
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 can mixed vegetables (carrots and peas work well)
- leftover mashed potatoes
- Milk
- Grated parmeasan cheese
- 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute ground meat, set aside. Saute onions until golden brown.

Mix meat, onions, canned vegetables, tomato paste, salt and pepper in a bowl. Move mixture to a greased deep baking pan and top with mashed potatoes. Pour milk on top of the potatoes and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Bake uncovered at 375º for 1 hours or until top is lightly browned.
