- Large white cabbage
- 1 lb ground meat (chicken or beef)
- 1 cup par boiled rice
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 cup of water
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Remove core from cabbage and place in boiling water. Boil for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and cut out veins of the leaves. Set aside.

Fry onions.

Mix onions, rice, meat (raw), salt and pepper together.

Take 1 cabbage leaf and place a handful of mixture into the leaf and tuck ends in and roll to close. Place in a deep dish. Repeat until all leaves and mixture are used.

Add water to tomato sauce and pour over cabbage rolls.

Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
