- Mashed potatoes (leftover day old is perfect)
- 2 eggs
- Flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- bacon
- tomato paste (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, add mashed potatoes and eggs, season with salt and pepper. Kneed until well mixed, adding enough flour so the dough isn't sticky.

Roll dough out into round strips about 1/2 inch thick. Cut into 1 inch pieces. Boil Kluski until they rise to the top (about 10 minutes). Remove from heat, drain and run under cold water. Set aside.

Cut bacon into pieces and fry. Add kluski to bacon and mix until coated. Can add a couple of tbsp of tomato paste to bacon and kluski to add a tomato taste.
