- Egg roll wrappers

Meat Filling
- Ground meat (chicken or beef)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 pkg mushroom gravy
- dried chili flakes

Veggie Filling
- 1 medium onion
- 1 small cabbage
- 3 medium shredded carrots
- 1 pkg mushroom gravy
- 1 tsp each salt & pepper

Paste
- Flour
- water

Meat Filling
Fry onions, set aside. Cook the ground meat and remove excess oil. Combine the meat, onions, mushroom gravy mix and optional chili flakes.

Veggie Filling
Fry onions, set aside. Boil the cabbage and carrots until soft. Drain, squeeze out excess water. Combine onions, cabbage, carrots, mushroom gravy, salt and pepper.

Make a paste by mixing 1 tbsp of water and some flour.

Place mixture in center of egg roll wrapper and fold sides over to center. Use paste to seal openings of the egg roll.

Fry until golden brown.
