- 1 pkg Puff Pastry
- 1 pkg breakfast sausage, casing removed
- flour
- 1 egg beaten
Directions:
Directions:
On a cutting board, remove casing from sausage and roll in just enough flour so sausage isn't sticky. Set aside.

Roll out puff pastry on a floured cutting board. Place the sausage on one edge of the pastry and roll over until completely covered. Cut off excess pastry. Pinch ends to seal, roll, add egg wash and cut into bite sized pieces. Repeat with remaining pastry and mixture.

Bake at 350º until golden brown. Tip: Bake on parchment paper.
