Dough
- 1.2 lb creamed butter or margarine
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 c. all purpose flour
- 8 oz. cream cheese

Filling
- 3 pkgs finely chopped almounds
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 c. sugar

Directions:

Dough
- Mix all ingredients together. Divide into 2 rolls. Wrap each in foil paper and place in the fridge overnight.

Filling
- Mix all ingredients together, set aside.

Bringing it all together
- Slice dough roll into smaller pieces and roll out flat
- Slice in 2 inch sections and fill with filling, fold over dough and pinch ends to form a seal

Bake at 325º until lightly brown.
