1 can pumpkin (16 oz.)
1 ⅔ c. evaporated milk
2 eggs
¾ c. sugar
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. ginger
¼ tsp. clove

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º.

Mix 2 eggs slightly beaten with the pumpkin. Add in sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and clove. Stir in evaporated milk. Pour mixture into 2 deep dish frozen pie crusts. Bake at 425º for 15 minutes. Reduce oven to 350º and bake an additional 45 minutes or until done. Knife will come out clean similar to a cake. Check pie crust directions as well if using frozen pie crusts.

Pie crusts will be very full so be careful when placing them in the oven. You might want to place them on a cookie sheet or line your oven with foil in case some filling spills out of the crust into your oven. This pie is a Thanksgiving tradition!
