4 Chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
˝ bell pepper (green or red)
onion, grated or pureed
8 oz. tomato sauce (or 5 Roma tomatoes)
marjoram
garlic salt
salt and pepper
oil
water
2 c. white rice, prepared

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken breast with salt, pepper, garlic salt and marjoram. Fry in oil until brown on both sides. Add the bell pepper, onion and tomato sauce (or tomatoes). Re-season with salt, pepper, garlic salt and marjoram. Add 2-3 cups water. Sauté fresh mushrooms and add to the sauce. Simmer in a large covered pot for 1 hour. Serve over white rice for a complete meal.

This is a very thin sauce dish. I grate or puree the onion and fresh tomatoes and leave the bell pepper in one piece. You can cut veggies to desired size.
