1 large Velveeta cheese log, 32 oz. -- Can use Original or Mexican Velveeta
1 large jar medium or hot salsa
2 large cans of chili without beans, (24 oz. can)
Fritos Scoops or tortilla chips of choice

Directions:
Directions:
Cube the Velveeta cheese and add to a pot on the stove. Add cans of chili and jar of salsa. Stir until cheese is melted. Serve immediately with Fritos scoops or other tortilla chip of your choice.

This may also be cooked in the crock-pot (slow cooker) on low for a few hours. You can do it on the stove quickly as detailed above and transfer to a crock pot to keep it warm for a party.
